Tell us about the slab and the space, and we will route the request to licensed local epoxy flooring professionals who cover your area. It is free, there is no obligation, and the professional holds the contract — not us.
The more of this you can put in the request, the fewer rounds of questions before a real number comes back.
This is the single most useful thing you can tell us. Installation can only proceed below 5 lbs/1000 sq ft on ASTM F1869 or below 75% RH on ASTM F2170, and a slab above those thresholds needs a dedicated moisture vapour barrier rather than a standard primer. Ground conditions here make that a live question: the Truckee series is poorly drained flood-plain and stream-terrace soil with a seasonal water table at 50–100 cm, saturated three or more months in most years, and the Reno series has a duripan at 50–100 cm with low saturated hydraulic conductivity that can hold moisture above it. Saying so up front gets the barrier into the quote instead of into change orders.
We route requests across Reno, Sparks, Sun Valley, Spanish Springs and Fernley in Washoe County, Dayton in Lyon County, and Carson City. That covers two permit jurisdictions plus an independent city and a large unincorporated county, so tell us the town and we will match with professionals who work there. The City of Reno Building & Safety division governs the incorporated limits, while a Reno or Sparks mailing address can sit in unincorporated Washoe County and be permitted by the county; Reno, Sparks, Washoe County and Douglas County share one regional online permit portal. Reno adopted the 2024 IRC with the 2024 Northern Nevada Amendments, effective 1 January 2026.
Requests are normally answered within one business day, and no more than three local professionals receive your details. Nothing is sold or rented beyond the providers you are matched with. Response times vary with the season: outdoor and unheated work is queued around the weather, because Reno's mean highs run from about 45 °F in January to about 90 °F in July and the slab temperature decides what can be installed on a given week.

No. Homeowners pay nothing for the matching service and there is no obligation to accept any quote that comes back.
Slab moisture. Below 5 lbs/1000 sq ft (ASTM F1869) or 75% RH (ASTM F2170) a standard system can go down; above that a moisture vapour barrier is required, which is an added line. Square footage and the number of cracks and joints come next.
We route across the whole area: Sparks, Sun Valley, Spanish Springs, Fernley, Dayton and Carson City, including unincorporated Washoe County addresses with a Reno or Sparks mailing address. Give us the town and, if you are outside a town, the nearest crossroads.
